Account Registration:

When you shop with Rochellesboutique.com, you will need to create an account with a login (your e-mail address) and a password. Your account will be secure, and we will not share your information with anyone.

Click on "my account" and the site will guide you through the process. If you have never purchased from us, you are going to need to register with us to place an order. If, at this time, you already have items in your shopping bag, click on "checkout", and you will automatically be prompted to register with our site.

Temporary Amnesia Regarding Your Password:

No problem. Go to your "my account" page and look for the "forgot password" link. You will be prompted to provide your email address. Then, Rochellesboutique.com will e-mail you a new password that you may later change by coming back to the "my account" page once you have logged-in. Passwords are case sensitive (follow the password exactly – lower case, upper case, numbers, etc.) so be sure to copy the exact password.

Item Availability:

We do our best to keep inventory in stock. However, if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will appear in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped and that you do not receive. We will notify you if sold out items are available for re-order.

Payment Types:

Rochelle’s currently accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover.

Sales Tax:

By RI law, no sales tax will be added to clothing items or shoes. All jewelry, handbags, and accessories of any kind will be charged the RI tax rate of 7%.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. Thereafter, you will receive your order within 2-4 business days excluding holidays.

Can I Change An Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Once you have submitted an order we cannot cancel that order. If the order has not yet shipped out, it can be modified according to your specifications.

Shipping Protocol:

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and guaranteed to most locations in 2 days. Orders placed will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. As we are a boutique website, Rochelle’s will not ship duplicates of an item (alternate sizes). For fit and size inquiries, please email Customerservice@rochellesboutique.com directly to have your question answered by a style consultant.

All packages are shipped USPS. Items received back will be reshipped at customer's expense and/or put back into inventory and the amount put to a store credit minus a restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refuse service at our discretion.

Shipping Costs:

Upon checkout, shipping charges are calculated using the following method:

All orders placed totaling $49.99 or less are charged a flat rate of $8.95

All orders placed totaling $50.00 to $99.99 are charged a flat rate of $12.95

All orders placed totaling $100.00 or more are granted free shipping.
