RETURN POLICYRochelle’s offers only the best brand name merchandise of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email us to return the item in its original, unused & undamaged condition (including all original packaging and tags attached) within 14 days for exchange or store credit, less shipping costs. Rochelle’s does not offer CASH refunds or credit back on credit/debit cards. Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and tags attached. After 14 days, item can only be accepted for exchange or store credit at value of item in-store at that time and with approval . All store credits valid forever with no expiration date on gift certificates or store credits. Store credit can be used online by making an online order and letting us know the amount of store credit. Once you have placed your order, you then mail in your store credit slip to either of our store locations where it will be processed accordingly.
