What exactly is a Boutique Box?
Our boutique box is a unique personal styling experience that brings the perfect pieces and outfits right to your door. Based on your responses to our questionnaire, our stylists will put together a curated box of items to suit your sizes, preferences, & lifestyle to meet your unique needs. With each boutique box, our stylists will develop a better understanding of your one of a kind style & find the looks you are sure to love.
Why should I receive a Boutique Box?
Have you ever wanted to have your own personal stylist? This is your chance! By using our styling service, you are saving both time & money by having professionals do all of the work for you. You will receive high quality brands often found only in boutiques without any of the hassle of scouring for the perfect items, being frustrated in dressing rooms, or even leaving your house!
How do I get charged?
The full cost of the boutique box is charged upfront based upon the size you have chosen: small for $200, medium for $400, or large for $600. After you purchase your boutique box and complete our style questionnaire, our stylists will be in touch within 72 hours. Then our stylist will get to work on curating the perfect pieces that fit within the retail value of the box you purchased and ship it to your door.
Is there a styling fee?
No, we do not charge a styling fee! We just appreciate you’re shopping small with us & giving us the chance to style you.
What are the box sizes? How many items do I receive?
We are offering three different box sizes for you to choose from. The number of items you will receive in each box is based upon your pricing preferences, which items you are looking for, & what we have in stock that suits your personal style.
A small box will include 5 items or less for $200, a medium box will include 6 to 8 items for $400, and a large box will include 8-10 items for $600. Pick the size that best suits your needs at the moment and we will find the items in your budget to give you a wardrobe refresh or a complete overhaul.
Can I request certain pieces?
Is there is a certain item you are searching for or that you’ve seen on our website or socials and you want to see it in your box? Just let us know in the extra section at the end of your style questionnaire and we will do our best to include it!
Can I get a boutique box on a regular basis?
We hope you love your boutique box and want to see one on your doorstep regularly! Let us know in your style questionnaire if you want to receive a box on demand, monthly, or quarterly. If you’d like to receive one on demand only then you can just purchase a box of your choice online whenever you’d like. For a monthly box we will reach out in a month to schedule with you, and for a quarterly box we will reach out in three months to schedule with you. There is no subscription to sign up for.
What is the return policy?
Our boutique box return policy is the same as our in-store policy. We offer exchange or store credit for any items returned to us within 14 days of receiving your boutique box. This means we must receive the items you want to exchange by the 14tth day. If you receive your items on May 1, any items being returned would need to be returned to us by May 14. All items must be unworn and in sellable condition with tags attached. We do not refund credit cards.
How do I exchange something?
Email us at [email protected] and let us know which items you’d like to exchange. Then ship us back any items you don’t love and we will get them exchanged for ones you do! The more feedback we are given the better your chances of loving everything we send to you.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on the initial boutique box and there is a small shipping fee on any exchanges you send back! You are responsible for the shipping fee for any items you send back to us.
