Shipping & Returns

Rochelle's Boutiques shipping & returns online policy is the same as our in-store policy. By purchasing items online you agree to our policy. There is NEVER credit given back on credit or debit cards. Exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with original receipt included and all tags attached. Sale merchandise, jewelry, accessories, swimwear, masks & undergarments are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit on a gift card.

If holiday shopping these terms are extended to 2 weeks after Christmas with original receipt & tags attached. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, & undamaged for exchange or store credit. 

Items returned in unsellable condition will be shipped back and charged shipping and handling at the customer's expense. All returns are an additional shipping expense paid by the customer unless the wrong item was shipped.

In store returns to all of our locations with original receipt and a copy of the invoice are also an option. If an exchange is not desired at time of return store credit at Rochelle's Boutiques will be given back in the form of a gift card that can be used in store at all 6 of our locations or an online gift card and both have no expiration date.

Sale items are purchased as is and may have slight imperfections (i.e. missing button, small mark, etc) please email us at [email protected] if you would like to inquire on the exact condition of a sale item before purchasing since sale items are final sale.
